This document outlines basic instructions on how to change your Computer/Active Directory password.

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL simultaneously on your keyboard.

At the "Windows Security" Screen, select the "Change a password" option.

You will be asked to type in your current computer password, enter your new password, and re-type your new password again to confirm for accuracy.
Please note - Your password will need to comply with your companies password Policy. The Standard password policy is set at 12 Characters, requiring password complexity (needs one capital letter, one lowercase, one numerical, one special. Also cannot contain First name or last name).

Once completed, you will receive a prompt stating your password has been changed successfully.
In some instances after changing your password, you may lose access to Network/System resources (Printers, Map Drives, etc).
If this occurs, it is recommended to Log off of your computer fully, and log back in. A restart of your system is also acceptable.
