This article outlines how to view Quarantined emails inside of Check Point Harmony's End User portal.
In the Check Point Harmony End User Portal, select the Quarantine tab on the left.
Quarantine Tab Overview
The Quarantine tab shows emails that were blocked by the spam filter (usually flagged as phishing or malicious).
Left panel: List of quarantined emails
Right panel: Preview of the selected email
Bottom right: Request a Restore button
If you click Request a Restore, the email is re-evaluated by Check Point Harmony.
If it’s still considered a threat, the restore will be denied.
If it’s cleared, it will be delivered to your mailbox within about 15 minutes.
This is what you’ll see if a restore request is denied.
