This is an article on how to connect to NinjaRemote using ProtectiCloud's Remote Access Portal.

1. Navigate to https://protecticloud.rmmservice.com/auth/#/login

2. Sign in with your email and password.

3. You’ll see your assigned office computer in the console. Select NinjaOne Remote to securely connect from your computer.

4. When asked if you’d like to open Ninja Remote, check Always allow and select Open Ninja Remote.

Connection is now complete! You should be able to access your desktop remotely from your device.
