The following options are available via NinjaOne Remote:
1. Device Name: Displays the name of the remote device.
2. Ctrl+Alt+Delt: Sends CTRL+ALT+DEL command in the lock screen, to unlock your device.
3. Send Local Clipboard As Keystrokes: Takes the clipboard of the player (local) device and pastes it to the streamer (remote) device as keystrokes. Basically a "Paste" button.
4. Common Keyboard Shortcuts: This option displays common keyboard combinations in a menu and, when selected, will send the keys to the remote device as keystrokes.
5. Manual Clipboard Synchronization: When clipboard synchronization is disabled, this option appears with two options. The first is the ability to copy the clipboard to the remote device's clipboard, and the second is the ability to copy the remote device's clipboard to a local machine.

7. File Transfer: This opens a window designed for transferring files to and from the remote device.
8. Chat: Opens a chat window to start a chat dialog with user on remote computer.
9. Settings: Contains additional options for the remote machine, such as prevent input from remote machine, record session, video quality, session timeout, enable/disable clipboard sync.
10. Power:
- Disconnect: Terminates the remote session (this is the only option in this menu that ends the remote session).
- Lock System: This locks the active session, requiring the end user to enter their password to return to the desktop.
- Logoff: Logs out the end user.
- Shutdown: Turns off the remote device (the device will not come back online).
- Reboot: Reboots the remote machine.
11. Full-Screen Mode: Allows the window to expand to full screen mode.
