This article reviews how to create your Ubiquiti UNIFI account.
This account can be used to access UNIFI systems your Organization provides or invites you access to.
Note - you will need to create your UNIFI account, before invites can be accepted to Organization systems - Like Protect.
If you've received an invite - please follow these instructions first, before accepting the invite!
- Browse to https://account.ui.com/register to create your account.
Use your work email for account creation, or future invites cannot be accepted.
BONUS: If you're a client of ProtectiCloud - you can use our provided Password manager to save your username, password, and setup MFA/OTP for your account!
This will make it easier to access in the future, or on multiple/different devices!
- Follow the steps to verify your account Post creation.
- After Validation, and at first login, Select "Setup" at top of Login screen regarding setup of MFA.
- Select passkey Method.
- Name Passkey - If using BitWarden, call it BitWarden.
- BitWarden will pop up, and ask which Login to Save passkey to > Select the proper account.
- You're done!
You may now request access to UNIFI systems, or accept invites already sent to your company email address.
