This is an article for setting up your Ninja End User account and downloading Ninja.
Note: If you already signed up but need help downloading the Ninja Remote tool, proceed to step 3.
Step 1: You’ll receive an email from [email protected]. Open the email and accept the invitation.
Create your Ninja account password.
Enable at least one method of MFA (multi-factor authentication) — the easiest option is SMS.
Step 2: Log In
Go to https://protecticloud.rmmservice.com/
You’ll see your assigned office computer in the console.
Select NinjaOne Remote to securely connect from your laptop.
Step 3: Download NinjaOne Remote
A window will appear stating: “Attempting to launch NinjaOne Remote…”
Select Download for Windows (64).
Once downloaded, open the installer. Agree to the EULA, then click Install.
Step 4: Finish Setup
After installation is complete, close the “Attempting to Launch” window.
Click the Ninja Remote button again.
When asked if you’d like to open Ninja Remote, check Always allow and select Open Ninja Remote.
Setup is now complete! You should be able to access your desktop remotely from your laptop.
