Step 1: Open Calendar View


  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Click the Calendar icon at the left corner of the navigation pane to switch to calendar view.

🔹 Step 2: Open Sharing Permissions

  1. In the Calendar view, locate your calendar under "My Calendars" in the left-hand pane.

  2. Right-click on your calendar and select "Sharing Permissions" from the context menu.

🔹 Step 3: Add a User


  1. In the Calendar Properties window that opens, click "Add...".

  2. In the address book:

    • Search for the name or email of the person you'd like to share your calendar with.
    • Select their name, click "Add", then click "OK".


🔹 Step 4: Assign Edit Permissions

  1. In the permissions list, make sure the user you added is selected.
  2. Under Permission Level, select "Can edit"from the dropdown menu.
    • This permission allows the user to create, modify, and delete calendar events on your behalf.


🔹 Step 5: Save and Close

  1. Click Apply, then OK to confirm and close the Sharing Permissions window.
