🔹 Step 1: Open Calendar View
- Launch Microsoft Outlook.
- Click the Calendar icon at the left corner of the navigation pane to switch to calendar view.
🔹 Step 2: Open Sharing Permissions
- In the Calendar view, locate your calendar under "My Calendars" in the left-hand pane.

Right-click on your calendar and select "Sharing Permissions" from the context menu.
🔹 Step 3: Add a User
- In the Calendar Properties window that opens, click "Add...".
- In the address book:
- Search for the name or email of the person you'd like to share your calendar with.
- Select their name, click "Add", then click "OK".
🔹 Step 4: Assign Edit Permissions
- In the permissions list, make sure the user you added is selected.
- Under Permission Level, select "Can edit"from the dropdown menu.
- This permission allows the user to create, modify, and delete calendar events on your behalf.

🔹 Step 5: Save and Close
- Click Apply, then OK to confirm and close the Sharing Permissions window.
