Whenever we detect unusual activity, our 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) jumps into action. Here’s what happens:

Instant Alerts: Suspicious activity triggers an immediate review by our security team.
Swift Action: If the activity is confirmed to be suspicious, we automatically block and disable the account to prevent any potential breaches.
Direct Communication: Access is only restored once we have verified the account owner to ensure your data remains secure.
 

🔎 What Do We Consider Suspicious?
 

We keep an eye out for login attempts that don't align with normal user behavior, such as:

🌍 Access from foreign or unusual locations – If someone tries logging in from a country you don’t typically visit, we flag it.
🔀 Unapproved VPN usage – If a login attempt comes from a VPN or other network not authorized by your company, we take action.

We understand that sometimes you need to access your account while traveling. If you're planning a trip and will need remote access, let us know in advance so we can whitelist your location.

🚫 Otherwise, if a login attempt is flagged, access will remain locked until we can verify you directly—which could mean waiting until your return. Also, note that we typically do not restore access on weekends.
