This article reviews how to disable snipping tool from being mapped to the Print Screen key on the keyboard.


  1. Click on start menu
  2. Go to Settings


  3. Under Settings - Go to accessibility, and select Keyboard.


  4. Google "Off" the "Use Print Screen key to open screen capture feature.


  5. Once Off - Reboot the PC for the settings to take affect.
