1. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the Play Store. Once it’s installed, accept the agreement. Don’t do anything else yet. Just close the app and proceed to the next step.

2. Download the Outlook app for the Play Store if you don’t have it already. Open it when its done installing.

3. Click Add Account, then type your organization’s email address on the next screen.

4. Enter your login password. It will then ask for more information. Click Next. If you end up on a white screen for a bit while it loads, that’s normal. It takes a minute to process.

5. The next step will ask you to download the Microsoft Authenticator app, which you should already have. Click Next, and on the next screen, tap “Pair your account to the app by clicking this link.”

6. You may be prompted by your phone for facial recognition, or your fingerprint, proceed, and it should add the account to the Authenticator app automatically. Go back into the Outlook app and click Next.

7. A number will appear on the screen, and a notification will be sent to the app. Tap the notification and enter the number when it opens and tap Yes.

8. Once the login attempt is approved, back in Outlook you should see confirmation. Tap Next.

9. This next part will require you to name this particular method of authentication. Once you do that, tap Next. The next Screen will likely never be relevant to you, and you can tap Done on this and the next screen, which just shows what authentication methods are active.

From there, you should be logged into Outlook. If you have another account to add, tap Add in the bottom right and repeat the process. Otherwise, tap maybe later, and you’ll be taken to your mailbox.
