1. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the Play Store. Once it’s installed, accept the agreement. Don’t do anything else yet. Just close the app and proceed to the next step.

2. Open a browser like Chrome and go to portal.office.com. Log in with your Office 365 credentials.

3. You should see a prompt for "more information required." Press Next.

4. If you haven't already downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator, do so now. Once it's installed, press Next.

5. Tap "Pair your account to the app by clicking this link."

The Microsoft Authenticator app should open, showing that the account has been paired successfully.

6. Go back into your browser and tap Next. Microsoft will test MFA by giving you a number and sending a notification to your app.

7. Tap the notification and enter the number given to you. Your phone may prompt you for facial recognition, your fingerprint, your pin, or a lock pattern, depending on the phone and security you have in place.

8. Once the login attempt is approved, the page will let you know, and you can tap Next.

At this point, you will be signed in and taken to your home page. MFA is successfully set up. You are done!
